At MARC HOME APPLIANCES TRADING LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date the order is delivered.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Items returned in damaged condition due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence will not be accepted.
Products purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once used or opened, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

Cookware and kitchenware used for food preparation
Bottles, flasks, vacuum containers, and glassware
Any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

All approved returns will be inspected upon receipt at our facility.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
In some cases, bank processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return and standard return conditions will apply.
