At MARC HOME APPLIANCES TRADING L.L.C, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through www.marchome.ae.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to all GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • International shipping outside the GCC is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Within the UAE: Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery location.
  • GCC countries: Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Within the UAE: A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies to all orders. Enjoy FREE shipping on UAE orders above AED 200.
  • GCC countries: A flat shipping fee of AED 200 applies. Free shipping does not apply to GCC orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE at no additional charge—only the standard AED 20 shipping fee applies.
  • All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may apply.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • MARC HOME APPLIANCES TRADING L.L.C is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Customs & Duties (GCC Orders)

  • GCC orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

8. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where applicable.
  • Customers may track their shipment using the provided tracking information.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.
  • Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund, as per our policy.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
