1. Warranty Coverage

• All MARC products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
• If a covered defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from improper or non-standard use of the product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Physical damage caused by impact, dropping, or mishandling
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the product's usage instructions
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage from regular use
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering
• Damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, improper cleaning, or use of incorrect accessories

3. Warranty Conditions

• To be eligible for a warranty claim, the customer must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase, along with the original product packaging.
• The product must show a genuine manufacturing defect, verified by our team.
• Claims that fall outside the 6-month warranty period will not be accepted.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• You may visit our store in person with the product, invoice, and original packaging.
• Alternatively, you can contact us first by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
• Clear photos or videos of the defect may be requested to help us assess the issue before processing the claim.

5. Resolution Process

• Once received, the product will be inspected by our team to confirm the defect is covered under warranty.
• If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, based on product availability and the nature of the defect.
• If the issue is found to be outside the warranty terms, we will inform you and discuss available options.
