Accepted Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time your order is delivered. This option is available within the UAE and may be subject to availability based on your delivery location.
• Tabby — Buy Now, Pay Later: Split your purchase into interest-free installments through Tabby. Tabby is a third-party service, and its use is subject to Tabby's own terms, conditions, and eligibility checks.
• Online Card Payments (via Stripe): Pay securely using major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our trusted payment partner Stripe.

All online transactions are processed securely by our payment partners. MARC HOME APPLIANCES TRADING L.L.C does not store or have access to your full card or banking details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to all GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
• A flat shipping fee of AED 20 applies within the UAE (FREE on orders above AED 200), and AED 200 for GCC countries.
• Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days within the UAE and 4–7 working days for GCC countries.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors. MARC HOME APPLIANCES TRADING L.L.C is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (AED 20 within the UAE, AED 200 for GCC countries), unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we cover all shipping costs.
• Refunds for orders paid via Tabby or Stripe will be processed back through the same payment method, in accordance with the respective provider's terms.
• Customers are advised to review our full Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
